Welcome to Sugar Creek Consolidated Elementary School!

I am honored to serve as the principal of Sugar Creek Consolidated, a role I have proudly held for the past 15 years. Sugar Creek is more than just a school to me—it is home.

Before becoming principal, I had the privilege of teaching fourth grade and serving as a Title I Reading Teacher. I am also a former student of Sugar Creek Consolidated and have lived in the West Terre Haute community my entire life. These experiences have shaped my deep appreciation for our school, our students, and the strong sense of community that surrounds us.

I strongly value the importance of community involvement, positive communication, and working together to build a supportive environment where all students can grow. At Sugar Creek, we strive to create a community of lifelong learners—students, staff, and families—who are encouraged to learn, lead, and succeed.

Outside of school, I enjoy traveling with my family, reading, and exploring new hobbies. I am married to my husband, Bill, and together we are raising our five wonderful children, who continue to inspire me both personally and professionally.
